This is a known Duplication Glitch. It works on most things but not everything. I'm not the finder of this glitch, im not sure who is… Craft one set of whatever gear you want to duplicate. Place the gear in the source (left) container. Open console, select the source (left) container that has all the gear in it, and type the following. Close console and you'll see that the formerly empty target container will have a copy of the inventory of the source container.
