Sept 2023 • Family. This is a beautiful and unusual carousel at battery Park. Just a short walk from West Street and from the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. It is very unique. Instead of the usual horses in the carousel, there are sea creatures that light up. Not only do the creatures go up and down.
