I need a job but have no transportation

I’ve been trying. I live in the country (besides the military base) and without a car, my job opportunities are so limited- I can’t go anywhere without scheduling the bus and taking the metro just to get to the nearest city. There are only a few jobs I’m qualified for on base and those are usually priority for people with experience.
