Jeep error code p0128

Follow up to the original question. My CEL has been on for a few days. Finally scanned last night and got the same code P0128. Coolant was pretty low, but not below the add line. I went ahead and topped off the coolant. Was hoping that's the simple fix before replacing the thermostat. The jeep is running fine, all the temperatures seem normal.
