Med term was a self-paced online course with weekly quizzes. All classes (with the exception of Med Term which is quiz based) are exam based and curved fairly. However, do not depend on a curve, as only the low performing questions are tossed. In my class now there's about 4 or 5 people who interviewed the same day as me and one of them was in my smaller interview group.So basically you send in the letter of recommendation before your decision is made, but they do not read the letter before you are invited for an interview.
