I was just searching on reddit back on Nov for people's opinions on pillows. I bought a couple on Black Friday to try. My favorite hands down is the Tuft and needle foam pillow. Way better than memory foam pillows. Was also my girlfriend's favorite. Though it seems best for side sleepers like me. Might be too high for back sleepers.

Most hotels buy pillows from American Hotel Supply or Guest Supply. There are literally fifty or more choices. The reason you probably get good pillows is because they don't last long.
