I made it all the way up to level 90 soloing most of the way with very little trouble. The gear I used from 60+ was waterworks hat and boots with house of scales robe.

Storm damage:66, Ice damage:31; Storm resist:26, Ice resist:34; Storm accuracy:22, Ice accuracy:9; Storm critical:151, Ice critical:110, Storm block 57, Ice block: 75. My point being is that Storm schools traits are suppose to be low accuracy and high damage. Ice has high resist and health, it should not have lower accuracy than storm.Block (all): 7% more with WW (8.3% increase) Incoming Health: 10% more with WW (45.5% increase) Mana, Power Pip%, Outgoing Health and Energy are unchanged. I for one totally agree with Gamester! It is time, or way past time imho, for a new Waterworks style dungeon with waterworks type gear for higher levels. funnily enough, i think the best ice gear is 2 pieces malistaire + 1 piece waterworks (just for crit+block). the full ice malistaire set gives over 45% damage while full ice waterworks is like 34%. and mali still gives good resist/accuracy/hp. it's pretty hilarious.
