Why is madden taking out my starters

Googling currently trying to figure out what happened. Last game of the season, all my starters (except for the QB) subbed out after one play. Same thing is happening in the playoffs. First play they’re in, then they’re all subbed out. Can’t change it in the depth charts because the starters all show at the top of the depth chart.
